Infectious diseases as major threats to public health had been closed from the book in 1960s in U.S. But recently, they need new pages to be reported. In last few decades they have unveiled new challenges as: “old” pathogens once thought to be controlled by antibiotic have developed multidrug resistance; new pathogens have emerged and; traditional pathogens have appeared in new location. Factors such as increased global commerce, travel and the threat of the intentional release of pathogens have set the stage for infectious disaseters.
It is true, I have witnessed myself on AI (avian influenza), Chikungunya fever and MERS-Coronavirus as examples. In 2005, I believed that I got Avian Influenza (AI) attack. As I said in my ebook, I was a farmer at that time where AI was a national epidemic in my country. I contacted directly to hen’s container where the hen died suddenly one day before, while I also used the chicken manure to fertilize my field soil. But, two days later, I got unusual fever where my spit excretion flowed out without controllable.
At night of the peak level of AI attack on my body, I could not sleep well. If I was slept, in ten minutes my mouth was full with my spit. I collected it with a glass under my bed. In an hour the glass was full with my spit liquid. Then, I poisoned the glass with kerosene and burning it to avoid spreading of the viruses.
One day in 2014, one of my neighbors came to us to borrow some money for emergency situation with her son treatment in hospital. Her son, a young policeman on airport area task, got Chikungunya fever. She told us with tears that he could not sit up for his self on the bed. The mother felt that his son was dying because he also could not move his limbs. But he healed in three weeks later. While in the same year, in the Americas, nearly 780,000 suspected and over 15,000 laboratory-confirmed the Chikungunya cases had been reported and 1,627 cases from U.S.
Then, around the last of 2014, MERS-Coronavirus arrived to my town in a week after I heard the outbreak in the Far-East area for first time from the news. Do the world readers know, how long the journey of this virus gets my town? It is almost a half of the earth planet circumference.It seems that pathogenic microbials especially viruses enjoy the globalization of the world cheerfully.
The local news said that it would take a week in ensuring the MERS virus attack for a suspected patient. Then, the patients were forced to wait the lab confirmation report for a week and it occurs to almost modern procedure of medical intervention standard over the world. What a poor system is! The powerless patient surrenders to the waiting standard and obeying it, but the MERS viruses like human terorists never obey the modern conventional standards and a week is enough time for an overwhelming party in preying the human life.
Microbes or microorganisms which cause disease are collectively referred to as microbial pathogens. There are more than 1,400 known pathogens to cause infectious diseases in humans (Gamage; in Koenig,2014). Historically, infectious diseases or CDs (Communicable Diseases) have often conquered the human body over the worldwide without any condition. In 1812-1814 the smallpox epidemic occured where almost half of the Japanese population died (Macfarlane,2002).Smallpox were responsible for ending Aztec civilization effectively with 10 – 15 million victims of human deaths in 1520 – 1521 and it also destroyed successfully other Amerindian and Pacific civilizations. In the fourteenth century, plague preyed around a third European population during a five year period (Dikid,2013).
While, other lethal diseases such as NCDs give major contribution for more than 50 million death people caused by all diseases every recent year.In 2008 global deaths caused by diseases were 57 million of the world wide population and 63% or 36 million was due to NCDs (Non Communicable Diseases) as cardiovascular diseases (including heart diseases, hypertension and stroke) around 17 million deaths, diabetes around 1.3 million deaths, chronic respiratory diseases (including COPD and asthma) around 7.6 million deaths and cancer around 4.2 million deaths while 14.2 million deaths of NCDs were at age between 30 – 69 years old (WHO,2012).
In 2009 the deaths due to chronic diseases were 38 million (Choi,2012). While 52.8 million deaths of all mortality caused by all diseases and NCDs contributed around 34.5 million deaths in 2010 (Alleyne et.al,2013). Woman deaths caused by NCDs are around 18 million every year (Alliance,2012). Globally NCDs deaths are estimated to increase by 15% or it becomes 44 million per year in decade 2010 – 2020 following the population growth (WHO,2010).
No developed countries like European Union, U.S, Japan, Korean, etc as well as developing countries like China, India, etc can save the NCDs victims successfully in their own country according to WHO data. Whatever the others saying, I just remember an advice from wise words. That is, if the gold gets rust what should the iron do? If the medical world unsucceeds to resolve disease problems, where can we as the laymen get help? The right answer is that the iron should transform into stainless steel. It is a reason why we should transform our life into better world and future. And I offer it to the whole human in this only earth planet through my books where we can transform our life into the heaven life concept.
The world readers should not get too worry about most cases of virus epidemic. I have explained how to handle those in my first ebook. It will lower the risk about 30% without any intervention. Why I say it bravely, because we attack the pathogen nest in our body and suppress them in our blood. We must believe that our defense system always works and we must decrease its loads rather than give more loads. Then, if we are lucky, other intervention will help us.

Further, patients with pathogen in their bodies should not consume milk with hot or warm water, egg, banana, sapodilla, bread or any starch product which enriched with sugar or sweetened chocolate especially before and at the peak level of pathogen attacks. It will enhance the pathogen massive proliferation. Never challenge against their massive proliferation! They are invisible and smarter with using oral cavity as their massive proliferation nest where most of antibiotic drugs does not control this site. The patients should consume sour fruits like tomatoes, oranges, mangoes, etc or condensed milk with rock ices. Then, consume Ascorbic Acid supplement every hour.
If the patients could take a bath or shower, shampooing all of the body surfaces beside soaping once a day and wear the clothes which have been ironed. It will kill the pathogens as well.
